Retail Orders
Retail pearl jewelry orders are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, shipping restrictions and fraud checks. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, requires additional confirmation, or cannot be shipped to your destination.

Wholesale, Samples and Quotes
Wholesale products may show public sample prices for trial orders. Bulk wholesale prices are quoted separately according to pearl type, size, shape, luster, surface, color, drilling, matching, quantity, current supply and market conditions.
Wholesale quotations may be valid for a limited time because pearl supply and pricing can change by batch. A quote is not final until specification, quantity, price, payment and delivery details are confirmed.
Natural Pearl Variation
Cultured pearls are organic gems with natural variation. Differences in luster, surface marks, size, shape, bodycolor, overtone and matching are expected, especially across batches, special shapes and baroque pearls.
For wholesale and custom orders, buyers should review available photos, videos, samples or batch descriptions before approving production or shipment.
Prices, Payments and Availability
Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions or availability before accepting an order. Payment methods may include online checkout, PayPal, card processors, bank transfer or other agreed methods depending on the order type.
Custom, wholesale or private-label work may require deposit or full payment before sourcing, processing, drilling, matching or production begins.
