Refund Policy

We offer a 40-day return policy, which means you have 40 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Our Return and Exchange Policy

Part 1: Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we offer an unconditional return and exchange policy. Please notify us immediately with a photograph of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Part 2: Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for reasons such as size, style, or simply because you do not like it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the product is returned to us, we will be happy to refund the purchase price.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As with other returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
